3. Your Content

Ownership

You retain full ownership of any files, images, or content you upload to the Service ("Your Content").

We do not claim ownership over your artwork.

License to operate the Service

By uploading content, you grant our software a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to store, process, and transform Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (such as generating previews, exports, and downloads).

This license ends when you delete your project or content from the Service.

4. File Storage and Retention

Uploaded originals and previews are stored until you delete the project.

Exported ZIP files may be automatically deleted after a limited time to manage storage.

You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files.

We are not responsible for lost files if you delete a project or if files expire.

5. Print Quality and Results

We do our best to present accurate information about file sizes, pixel dimensions, and print quality.

However:

  • Print quality depends on many factors outside our control (printers, paper, inks, viewing distance).
  • Upscaled or "enhanced" files may appear softer than native-resolution files.
  • We do not guarantee specific print outcomes.

You are responsible for reviewing files before selling or printing them.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to use or sell
  • Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material
  • Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the Service

We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

7. Accounts and Billing (if applicable)

If the Service includes paid plans:

  • Fees are charged according to the selected plan
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Usage limits may apply
  • We may change pricing or plans with reasonable notice.

8. Deletion and Termination

You may delete projects at any time.

Upon termination, your access to stored content may be removed.
