What ReZise does

ReZise turns one finished artwork into a ZIP of print-ready files in the sizes your buyers order. Upload once, choose your sizes, check each crop, and download everything named and organized for your listing.

It is built for Etsy and Gumroad sellers, digital artists, and wall art shops. The files also work on Shopify, Creative Market, or your own website. For each size, fill the frame, fit the whole artwork, add a border instead of cropping, or set the crop yourself. You can also create custom sizes and keep your originals saved for quick access.

This guide walks through the full workflow, from upload to download.

Getting started

Create a free account or log in at rezise.com, then open the app. The Free plan lets you test the workflow with your own artwork before paying.

Free includes one saved project, two exports per day, ISO A-series sizes, and popular Etsy ratios. Paid plans add unlimited exports, custom sizes, and more storage. The plan comparison is at the end of this guide.

Step 1: Upload your artwork

Start with the largest, highest-quality version of your artwork, because pixel dimensions determine how large you can print sharply. The original export from Procreate, Photoshop, or Illustrator, or a high-resolution scan, works best.

  1. Click Upload and choose a JPG or PNG file.
  2. Optionally set a base filename. ReZise adds the format and pixel size to every file.

Your original is stored untouched. Previews and exports are made from it in the background.

Step 2: Choose your ratios and print sizes

Pick the ratios and sizes you sell. ReZise exports each at the largest pixel size your original supports. One ratio file covers several print sizes, so most sellers need only a handful.

RatioCommon print sizes (inches)
2:34×6, 8×12, 12×18, 16×24, 20×30
3:46×8, 9×12, 12×16, 18×24
4:54×5, 8×10, 16×20, 24×30
5:75×7, 10×14
11×1411×14, 22×28
ISO A-seriesA5, A4, A3, A2, A1

Square files are available too, for shops that sell square wall art. For ISO sizes, ReZise works out the largest A size your file supports at 300 DPI and exports it as your master. Every smaller A size is covered, so you do not need a separate file for each.

Step 3: Fit, fill, add a border, or crop

For every size, decide how the artwork meets the frame, so nothing gets cut off unless you want it to.

  • Fill covers the whole ratio. The artwork is cropped to match, so some edges are lost.
  • Fit places the whole artwork inside the ratio, so nothing is cropped.
  • Border adds a clean border when the artwork should sit inside the frame instead of running edge to edge. You do not need Photoshop.
  • Crop lets you set the framing yourself. Zoom to control how tight it is, and pan to reposition the artwork.

Each size has its own setting, so you can fill 2:3 and fit 11×14 from the same file.

Step 4: Preview, approve, and check quality

Review every file before exporting. The preview shows what your buyer will receive. Look for faces, text, borders, and fine details that a crop might cut off.

For each size, ReZise shows:

  • The export pixel dimensions
  • The maximum print size at 300 DPI
  • A warning if the size is likely to print soft

300 DPI is the professional standard for sharp prints. If your file has enough pixels to print a size at 300 DPI, ReZise treats it as print-ready.

Step 5: Export your ZIP

Click Export ZIP and ReZise builds your files in the background. When it is ready, download one ZIP with everything you selected.

Your ZIP contains:

  • Each ratio you chose, at the largest size your original supports
  • Your ISO master, the largest A size at 300 DPI
  • File names with the format and pixel dimensions, such as my-artwork__ratio_4x5__3744x4680.jpg

Clear names help you and your buyers tell sizes apart at a glance. ZIP downloads can expire after a set period to save storage, so download and keep a copy of what you deliver. Your original and previews stay in your project until you delete it.

Custom sizes and custom print formats

When a buyer asks for a size outside the standard packs, make a custom print format and export just that size. Starter and Pro let you add your own print formats alongside the standard Etsy ratios and ISO sizes, and set the crop for each one.

  1. Open your saved project.
  2. Add a custom print format and enter the dimensions you need.
  3. Choose fit, fill, border, or crop, then check the quality readout.
  4. Export the file and send it to your buyer.

Because your original is saved in the project, you do not need to upload it again.

Saving originals for quick access and custom requests

Every artwork you upload is saved as a project, so you can return to add a size, answer a buyer request, or refresh a listing. Your original stays untouched, and projects remain until you delete them.

That means you can:

  • Add a new size to an older listing without re-uploading.
  • Fulfil a custom size request in minutes.
  • Keep originals together instead of searching through folders.

Storage depends on your plan. Free keeps one project, Starter has 50 GB (typically 200–400 projects), and Pro has 250 GB (1,000 or more). Larger, high-resolution files use more space. You can delete a project whenever you like, which removes it and its files from your account.

Plans at a glance

Free lets you test the workflow. Starter ($9 a month) adds unlimited exports and custom sizes, and Pro ($27 a month) adds more storage and priority processing. Yearly billing saves 63%.

Tips and support

Most problems come down to pixels. ReZise shows you the numbers before you export.

My maximum print size changed after I cropped.

Cropping removes pixels, so a tighter crop lowers the largest size that prints sharply.

My file says it is 50 inches wide but looks soft.

It may be tagged at 72 DPI. Pixels determine quality, and ReZise shows the true maximum size at 300 DPI.

My file is too small for large prints.

Sell the smaller sizes with confidence, and be clear in your listing about any files that are enhanced.

Can I delete a project?

Yes. Deleting a project removes it and its files from your account.

Listing tip: Name the ratios and ISO sizes you include and say the files are print-ready. Clear listings reduce refunds and help reviews.
